Shipping Policy

Delivery Coverage

Living Sochiu delivers nationwide. For large furniture items (sofas, tables, shelves, cabinets), we provide door-to-door delivery and installation at the customer-specified location.

Shipping Fees

  • Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (inner districts): Free shipping for orders over 5,000,000 VND. Orders under 5,000,000 VND incur a 150,000 VND fee.
  • Suburban and nearby provinces (within 50km): Fixed fee of 300,000 VND, free for orders over 15,000,000 VND.
  • Other provinces: Shipping fees are calculated based on distance and product dimensions, communicated at order confirmation.
  • Accessories and small items: Shipped via shipping partners, fees per carrier rates.

Delivery Times

  • In-stock products: 3-5 business days (inner city), 5-10 business days (other provinces).
  • Pre-order / made-to-order products: 15-30 business days depending on the product. Specific timelines are provided at order confirmation.
  • Note: Delivery times may change during holidays or periods of high demand.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please carefully inspect the product upon delivery in the presence of our delivery staff:

  • Verify the model, color, and quantity against your order.
  • Check surfaces for scratches, dents, or cracks.
  • Test movable parts (drawers, hinges, adjustment mechanisms).
  • Sign the delivery receipt only after you are satisfied.

If you notice any issues, please inform the delivery staff immediately and contact Living Sochiu hotline for prompt assistance.

Large Furniture Notes

  • Please measure access points (main entrance, elevator, staircase) before ordering to ensure the product can be brought to the installation location.
  • For buildings without elevators or with narrow entrances, additional handling fees may apply — our advisor will inform you in advance.
  • Delivery staff provide basic assembly. For products requiring complex installation, a technician will be scheduled separately.
