Warranty Policy

Living Sochiu is committed to product quality with a clear and transparent warranty policy. All genuine furniture products purchased from Living Sochiu are warranted for the specified period, starting from the date of successful delivery.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects: cracked wood frames, surface coating peeling, broken adjustment mechanisms, torn upholstery stitching, or rusted metal accessories under normal use conditions.

Warranty does not apply to: natural wear from daily use, damage caused by external physical impact (collision, fire, flooding), misuse, or unauthorized repair/modification of product structure. Products from clearance programs have separate warranty terms stated on the warranty card.

After the warranty period expires, Living Sochiu still provides repair and replacement services at preferential rates for loyal customers.

Warranty Process

  1. Contact: Call our hotline or email with photos, videos describing the defect, and your order number. Our support team will respond within 24 business hours.
  2. Review and assessment: A technician will contact you to confirm the condition, and may request an on-site inspection or additional photos. Confirmation time: 1-2 business days.
  3. Product collection: For defects requiring workshop repair, Living Sochiu arranges free shipping. For minor issues, a technician visits on-site.
  4. Repair or replacement: The product is repaired or defective parts are replaced. Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on severity.
  5. Return and inspection: The repaired product is delivered back and inspected with the customer. The repaired component receives an additional 3-month warranty extension.
