Shipping How long does delivery take?
Products available in our Vietnam warehouse will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Products manufactured in Korea take 6-8 weeks depending on the model.

Free shipping for furniture orders within Hanoi city. Other provinces will receive a specific quote upon order confirmation.

Yes. Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status.

All Living Sochiu products are manufactured directly at our partner factory in Korea, meeting international export standards.

Yes. Visit our showroom at 31 Lane 135 Doi Can, Ba Dinh, Hanoi for a hands-on experience. Hours: Tue-Fri 10am-5pm, Sat-Sun 10am-7pm, Mon closed.

Absolutely. Living Sochiu offers a diverse fabric catalogue for customization. Browse our fabric catalogue on the website or visit the showroom to feel the materials in person.
Returns What is Living Sochiu’s return policy?
Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt if they remain sealed with original tags and unused. Manufacturer-defective products will be replaced or fully refunded.
