Return Policy

Return Conditions

Living Sochiu is committed to providing high-quality furniture. You may request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • Product has manufacturing defects (surface peeling, cracked wood frame, pre-torn upholstery fabric).
  • Product delivered does not match the ordered model, color, or size.
  • Product damaged during shipping (scratches, dents, broken glass).

Return Period

  • Exchange: Within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Return: Within 3 days from the date of receipt for defective products.
  • Returned products must have original tags, labels, and be unused (except for manufacturing defects discovered during use within the warranty period).

Return Process

  1. Contact: Call our hotline or email with photos/videos describing the product defect.
  2. Confirmation: The Living Sochiu team will confirm the condition and guide you through the process within 24 business hours.
  3. Collection: We will arrange to collect the product from the original delivery address. Shipping costs are covered by Living Sochiu if the defect is from the manufacturer.
  4. Resolution: Exchange for a new product or refund within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Custom-made products designed to customer specifications.
  • Products that have been used, show natural wear, or have been damaged by external factors.
  • Products from promotional or clearance programs (clearly marked “no returns”).
  • Decorative accessories (throw pillows, blankets) with broken seals.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed via the original payment method:

  • Bank transfer: Refund within 5-7 business days.
  • E-wallet (MoMo, ZaloPay): Refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Cash on delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer within 5-7 business days.
