2. Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make purchases. You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders and registering an account.

3. Products and Pricing

We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. All displayed prices include VAT.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once we send a confirmation email/message. We reserve the right to decline orders if products are out of stock or order information is invalid. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cash on delivery (COD).

5. Delivery

Delivery times depend on location and product type. For large furniture items, delivery may take 7-30 business days. Shipping fees are calculated based on distance and product dimensions.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are in original packaging, unused, and have manufacturing defects. Custom-made products are not eligible for returns. See our Warranty Policy page for details.
